We are happy to register you as a patient at the Surgery provided that you live in Enfield, Barnet or Haringey. If in doubt as to whether you live within our area please contact reception who should be able to help. You can only be registered as a patient at one GP Surgery so if you register with us you will be de-registered from your current surgery and your previous medical notes will be passed to us.

Please come to reception and ask for an application form. It would assist us if you are able to bring your Medical Card and other required documents with you. For details, please check the registration pack.
